How to download your 23andMe raw DNA data file
- 1. Log in to your 23andMe account.
- 2. Click on your name in the top right corner, and then click ‘Browse Raw Data’ from the drop-down menu.
- 3. Click on ‘Download’.
- 4. Scroll down and click on the blue ‘Submit request’ button.
- 5. 23andMe will send you an email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the download.

- 1. Log in to your MyHeritage account.
- 2. Hover over DNA tab and choose ‘Manage DNA kits’.
- 3. On the right side of the kit click on the three dots button and select ‘Download kit’.
- 4. Click ‘Continue’ on the following pop-up window and accept MyHeritage Terms of Service and Privacy Policy if required.
- 5. MyHeritage will send you an email. In some cases it may take up to 1h. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the download.
How to download your Ancestry raw DNA data file
- 1. Log in to your Ancestry account.
- 2. Click the DNA tab and choose ‘Your DNA Results Summary’
- 3. On the right side of your page click ‘Settings’ and select ‘Download raw DNA data’.
- 4. Enter your password and click ‘Confirm’.
- 5. Ancestry will send you an email. In some cases it may take up to 1h. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the download.
